Advanced Notice (Next MAD Sunday 22nd November)

The next BVHFG Microwave Activity Day (MAD) will be on Sunday 22nd November.

This date was NOT in the original club planning calendar for 2026 as this was the expected date for the November VHF-UHF Field day, which was brought forwards this year.

This will be the LAST MAD for 2026

It is proposed that this event will focus on the higher bands “i.e 5.7GHz and Above”

A time schedule for operating slots will appear here and on groups.io closer to the date

To promote the event, Please indicate your intentions, if you plan to participate, with proposed operating location and bands etc as early as possible.

Remember to invite a wingman or two to go out portable with you

Preferred liaison will be the SEQWAN 2m network – but whatever works is better than guesswork of course
